William Ayot is an award winning poet, teacher, coach and ritualist. In founding Olivier Mythodrama, he was instrumental in developing mythodrama as a high-impact methodology for executive education, and for ten years travelled the world delivering keynotes, seminars and workshops for international and government bodies, blue-chip corporations, and business schools.
He has also led rites of passage in Snowdonia, facilitated intensive retreats and organized large scale ritual events.
William’s writing includes the play Bengal Lancer, and three books of poetry, including: E-mail from the Soul: New and Selected Leadership Poems, which won The People’s Book Prize: Special Achievement Award. His latest book is Re-enchanting the Forest: Meaningful Ritual in a Secular World. William currently teaches on the AMP (Advanced Management Programme) at INSEAD, and is poet in Residence at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. William coaches senior executives and creates bespoke rituals and ceremonies for individuals and groups.
Over the last 12 years Nicholas Janni has gained an international reputation for his transformational coaching and leadership development seminars. The clients has served include FedEx, Rolls Royce, Swiss Re, Centrica, Teva, Amdocs, Intel, Motorola and Microsoft, as well as the UK Permanent Secretaries and several cabinet ministers. He bridges the worlds of creative, personal, spiritual and professional development in a uniquely powerful, relevant and accessible way.
In his first career, Nicholas was a theatre director. He taught acting at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, and directed his own theatre company. He spent 20 years researching the theory and the practice of ‘the zone’ of peak performance, and studying multiple mind/body disciplines.
In 1998 he became a Visiting Fellow at the Cranfield School of Management, and in 2001 he left the theatre to co-found the arts-based leadership development consultancy Olivier Mythodrama. In 2013 he founded his own consultancy, CORE PRESENCE. Nicholas was Associate Fellow at the University of Oxford Said Business School 2010-15 and teaches regularly at the IMD in Lausanne. He works increasingly in Israel, with numerous corporate clients, Israeli and Palestinian NGOs.
Andy Logan is an international leadership development consultant with over 30 years of experience in leading seminars, workshops and organisational interventions around the world.
He is Managing Director of Centaur Leadership Consultancy, and Director of the High Performance Leadership Programme at Cranfield School of Management in the UK. Yet beyond this he is also a father, a grandfather and a man whose soul resonates with the majesty of mountains, the fecund beauty of forests, and the dynamic ecstasy of the dance.
Andy integrates a diverse spectrum of perspectives in his work ranging from the science of brain development to the profound insights of the world’s wisdom traditions. His original background was in Organisational Psychology, and he has also received extensive training in psychotherapy, dance therapy, mythology, martial arts, and the meditative practices of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition.
All of this experience Andy puts into the service of deep initiatory work through which people can find their path to wider and deeper states and stages of consciousness and insight.
